13 November 2013 One Company presently non operational. Company having a Land and Buildings and Directors done some business transactions.
My Question is what about Assets of the Company that assets transferable for some other company... what process of above transaction.

13 November 2013 your query is not clear. However, with regards to transfer of assets from some other company, you transfer the assets but the depreciation shall be available only wef from date when you put them to use.
