My question is if the company has violated SECTION 185 OF THE NEW act cant the mere reversal of amount from back date be suffice as no details filed yet wid the authorities.

In form 8 i have selected DSC of auditor then also while uploading the form error is showing.
is it compulsory along with auditor another practicing professional to certify the return? who can certify the same?? CA, CS or CWA??
