In a private Ltd company, there are 54 members. out of these members, six members are former employees of the company. now,is it necessary to convert it into a public ltd company?

what is private co. clause. my company is not being incorporated due to this.

One brand is ok for all or seperate brands to be registered for each item

in our company we have a shareholder but we want him to transfer the share as he is not participating in the affairs of company. But he is not ready to transfer.

1)can we restrict the voting power.

I filed form 61 & form 24AAA which were got approved on 28.10.2013.

NOw from where i have to collect order passed by RD as i have to file from 21.

RD office is saying that you will collect it in company's registered address but i did not recieved it yet.

Can someone please tell me that it is possible for an Indian Company to raise a invoice in a different currency (like USD or Euro) to another Indian Company.
For example we had taken a tour from Cox & Kings India to visit Chaina and they have raised the invoice in USD for paymant.
