Dear Experts please clarify
the provision of appointment of Cmpany secretary on the basis of paid up capital of Sec 383A still exists in new company Act 2013 or any new provision is there regarding appointment of Company secretary ? if yes please tell me what are the enforceable provision for appointment of Company Secratary
