11 November 2013 if turnover of LLP is above 40Lacs then who have to certify the annual return

In form 8 i have selected DSC of auditor then also while uploading the form error is showing.
is it compulsory along with auditor another practicing professional to certify the return? who can certify the same?? CA, CS or CWA??

Plz reply fast.........

11 November 2013 First DSC of Auditor and Other DSC is of Any other CA/CS/ICWA in Practice is required for Filing Form 8

11 November 2013 I have tried with another practicing CA's DSC but while uploading Form 8 it showing error that signature validation failed. the person is not authorized to sign on this field.

11 November 2013 Check Weather you have wrongly selected FCA/ACA in Auditor Details or Auditor Firm Registration No. is wrong
