I got a query from MCA while filing:-
call for an notarised undertaking from all existing directors to delete the word 'ARCHITECT' wherever it appears in MOA as per MCA Circular.
Please help on urgent basis
I think you should delete the such word and then attached revised MOA after correction with declaration.
