12 November 2013 Dear Experts,

I got a query from MCA while filing:-

call for an notarised undertaking from all existing directors to delete the word 'ARCHITECT' wherever it appears in MOA as per MCA Circular.

Please help on urgent basis

12 November 2013 In that case you will make an undertaking from all director to delete such word.

I think you should delete the such word and then attached revised MOA after correction with declaration.

12 November 2013 I have filed form 23 for change of name after which i got such a remark.

Please specify MCA circular no. to rectify such things. It would be really greatfull if i got it resolved
