BOD appointed a additional director in BOD meeting on 15th april but form 32 not filled within 30 days. whether he company can file form 32 now? whether any penalty is payable ?

We have purchased a Private Limited company from one of our known partty..they have just provided us MOA and AOA (Duplicate copy), Incorporation Certificate(Duplicate Copy), and Share Transfer Form (Signed).

Do we need to obtain above docs in ORIGINAL?

What further docs are required to commence with the business under the purchased company?

Any ROC intimation required?
