What kind of documents do i required to obtain from the transferor of Private Ltd.Company?

Detailed Query:

We have purchased a Private Limited company from one of our known partty..they have just provided us MOA and AOA (Duplicate copy), Incorporation Certificate(Duplicate Copy), and Share Transfer Form (Signed).

Do we need to obtain above docs in ORIGINAL?

What further docs are required to commence with the business under the purchased company?

Any ROC intimation required?

>>>No requirment to have original docs... because that are already available on mca portal.
>>> No specific permission required for this purpose from ROC
>>> A private company can commense its busineess after incorporation.... so go ahead...
