Dear Sir,
What kind of documents do i required to obtain from the transferor of Private Ltd.Company?
Detailed Query:
We have purchased a Private Limited company from one of our known partty..they have just provided us MOA and AOA (Duplicate copy), Incorporation Certificate(Duplicate Copy), and Share Transfer Form (Signed).
Do we need to obtain above docs in ORIGINAL?
What further docs are required to commence with the business under the purchased company?
Any ROC intimation required?
kindly reply to my above queries at your earliest.

Its just a private company and you buy the stake in this....
