Late filling of form 32

BOD appointed a additional director in BOD meeting on 15th april but form 32 not filled within 30 days. whether he company can file form 32 now? whether any penalty is payable ?

Form 32 can be filed now, but you have to pay the additional filing fee. There is no penalty for delay in filing Form 32
