19 May 2011 Visit the portal https://www.mca.gov.in
There you visit MCA 21 and you will get the DIN application form. Fill up the form correctly. Get a print of it. Pay the DIN application fees Rs. 100. Attach the required documents. Get the form and documents attested by authorised persons. Send it to the address mentioned therein. The DIN will be approved within a couple of days after they receive the form and documents.

23 May 2011 But I heard that we need not submit any documents to Noida i e DIN CELL , now only online , Pls let me know if u know the latest Procedure
