18 May 2011 i would like to know what are the requirements for change in directorship.
one director is resigning and other is appointed.
what are the documents are required to attached with form 32.

In case of Public Limited Co. the Consent from Director to Act as Director is important (Section 264 of Companies Act, 1956) and in case of Private Ltd Co. the same is optional.

FOR RESIGNATION

The Letter from the director stating his resignation.

One Form would suffice for both the Purpose.
