What is the managerial remuneration limit for a public listed company having no profits?

Respected sir,
I and my father wants to register a privet limited company for production of seed. For production of seed agricultural land is required. so I will transfer my agricultural land 5 acre to company and my father will transfer 10 acre agricultural land to company. Against land I will get 33.33% share and my father will get 66.66% share.
How to legalize this process, and what will the stamp duty on this.

I have uploaded Form 18 with valid address proof. But, still the Form has been marked for RESUBMISSION stating that "a NOC from the owner stating the address and the name of the company to which it is being given duly signed with date and place//(Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"

Kindly provide me the format of the NOC

I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE "NOC" HAS TO BE TAKEN IN WHITE SHEET OR STAMP PAPER AND WHETHER IT HAS TO BE NOTARISED?

What is the depreciation rate as per Companies Act, 1956 for

1) Computer
2) Depreciation
3) Accounting software (if it is CAPEX)

One co.has only four shareholders.Three of them are in foreign.For appointing auditor it is necessary to conduct general meeting.But how is it possible? Please give me solution in a proper and practical way.it's argent.

Dear Experts,

I am in the process of Incorporation of a PVT LTD CO. I filed FORM 1A and obtained name approval. Now Form 18 requires address proof. Can I create a rental deed in the name of proposed company and in such will it be valid since the Co not yet incorporated. And also who will be the signing authority in case of this deed since Directors are now only getting appointed through Form 32.

Please also share a lease deed sample.
