Article Assistant

Job Description

As an Article Assistant, you will get hands-on exposure across various domains, working directly with Qualified Chartered Accountants and Senior Managers:

Statutory & Internal Audit: Assisting in planning, field audits, checking internal controls, draft audit reports, and ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS).

Direct Taxation: Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and corporates; assisting with tax audits (Form 3CD) and assessment proceedings.

Indirect Taxation (GST): Preparing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), performing reconciliation, and assisting with GST audits and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).

Bookkeeping & Financial Statements: Finalization of books of accounts, preparing trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

Corporate Law & ROC Compliance: Assisting with annual secretarial filings, incorporation procedures, and compliance tracking via MCA portal.

Skills Required

Passed CA Intermediate Both Groups
