What is the procedure for appointment of first statutory auditor for company incorporated under section 25 of the company.

Section 224 and 225 applies to all companies.

Section 226 of the Companies Act, 1956 contains provisions as regards qualifications and disqualifications of auditors. It applies to all types of companies, whether public or private and also to section 25 company and a Government Company.

So for section 25 company first auditor is required to be appoint with in 30 days.
