Could you please provide details in practical way... Like documents and fee all that. And its a Private Limited Co. existing no. of directors are 2 and want to increase to 4.

1)if DIN is available for additional 2 directors it will be fine,,other wise Apply for DIN
2)later file FORM 32 FOR APPOINT OF DIRECTOR
3)Attache ments :-board resolution appoint new persons as directors

These are the only 3 steps for increase or any other steps to be taken? Is there any need to revise AOA or MOA? or if
there is any requirement for minimum qualification shares for those additional directors. If articles of Such company silent. & How much time it will take to be in effect.

Hi
For minimum shares, check your article about qualification shares of director. If article is silent then no need to take any shares by director to holding such post.
For increasing director from 2 to 4 go to the following procedure:
Procedure for Appointment of Additional Directors.
1. Take consent of director and DIN/disclosure of interest
2. Call a Board Meeting for proposal of appointment of director
3. Hold a Board Meeting and appoint him as additional director.
4. File Form-32, with ROC, with in 30 days from the date of appointment.
5. Attach consent letter with Form-32, in case of public limited company.
6. Take entry in Minutes.
For minimum shares, check your article about qualification shares of director. If article is silent then no need to take any shares by director to holding such post.

3)As of now MCA forms getting approved on realtime basis as and when uploaded with Chartered accountant certificate,,
