27 August 2013 In case of fresh issue of share certificates in case of request by Shareholders....the distinctive number and folio number can be changed...please reply

Any fresh issue of share if issued in physical form have a different share certificate and distinctive number.

Only similarly will be the folio no.

You can not change folio no. of existing member.
