Director at the time of appointment was designated as Non-Executive professional Director, but later on he started drawing remuneration. Now he wants to appoint as Executive Director (Not MD and WTD).

Is it possible??

A private limited company has 3 directors, two directors are permanently staying abroad.
My query is should I appoint an alternate director for both the foreign directors.
As per the act the alternate director will retire when the absentee director comes back, but these foreign directors do not visit India very often.

Should I appoint new directors , who are place in India, or is it ok to have alternate directors for a long time.

2)Can we obtain DIN of a person now and show his appointment date before obtaining din no.

Can a Chartered Accountant use Domain name/Website or ICAI has some restrictions over this too?

If there are no restrictions, then up to what extent these service can be used by him for his profession?

I am unable to upload MCA forms with Win 7 & Internet Explorer 8.
How do we adjust settings in Win 7 to upload MCA forms?
After upload, a message comes - 'Prescutiny validations have failed' & stops here, but the same form is getting uploaded from a PC with Win 7.
I have 3 PC's with Win 7 & none of them are uploading this Form.
Al other softwares, i.e., JRE & Adobe Reader are installed as per MCA requirements.

Please advise.
