Before opening of the bank account as current account for newly formed private co, co had paid the stamp duty of rs 30000 and registration charges for the MOA and for AOA. THIS expenses are paid by the promoter in their personal capacity from their personal bank account.
how to show this expenses in the co accounts as well in his personal promoters account?
