Missing of srn no of form 23b

Query : A pvt ltd company filed form 23b for appointment of auditor for f.y 12-13 on dated 22-12-2012 at present we lost the gar receipt & login id what is the solution to get back challan & srn no.
SRN no is a mandatory for annual filling return hence what is the process to get back the srn no ?

What you mean by you lost login id?
Even if you are unable to recover login id password, you can check your bank statement. in the bank statement, against the payment for Form 23b fees, the reference no includes the SRN No too.

in case bank statement is not available then what is the process to get back srn no.

Please confirm from your e mail id of the auditor and the person who has filed form 23B. A confirmation mail have been received by both from MCA about approval status of the same.
So check the mail.
