in new format of moa and aoa there is a space against name of each subscriber for the signature of witness.
my query is whether same witness can sign against all subscribers?

The Company incorporated on 27.02.2013 and First FY is 27.02.2013 to 31.03.2014 i.e around 13 months. Can the AGM of the Company be held on 15.10.2014. and date of Balance sheet signing be 15.09.2014.
