Comptroller and auditor general has right to SUPPLEMENT the Audit report.What does it means?

With respect to Govt. companies after completion of statutory audit by CA Comptroller and auditor general review the accounts, financial statements and audit report. Based on this review any further observation over the report of CA if any will be given as supplementary report.
