Does an agreement already entered into years before requires to be ratified according to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013??

Rectification is not necessary and it depends on the period defined in the original agreement.
However if the period has expired, it is advised to prepare a fresh agreement. The same nay also be extended through preparation of addendum of existing agreement.
