Can an individual, as a director of the companies, sigh the board resolution of two company.

30 September 2014 If Mr. A is a director of ABC Limited, he can only sign the board resolutions of ABC Limited and not for any other company of which he is not a director.

Thank you for your reply, but my query was of like, If a person is director of two companies(private companies), So, in that case, is he able to sign the resolution passed at the board meeting of both private companies.
