29 September 2014 The Company incorporated on 27.02.2013 and First FY is 27.02.2013 to 31.03.2014 i.e around 13 months. Can the AGM of the Company be held on 15.10.2014. and date of Balance sheet signing be 15.09.2014.
Pls guide & also what can be last due date for the AGM.

29 September 2014 Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 states that ‘the first’ annual general meeting of a company shall be held within 9 months from the closing of its first financial year.

In your case due date for holding 1st AGM will be 31.12.2014.

You can hold AGM on 15.10.2014
