I want to know whether a Trust can be a member of a Pvt Ltd directly. Or is it allowed only through a trustee.
Kindly help me in this query by providing necessary information
What is the period within which the balance sheet and profit and loss account of the company should be finalized after its incorporation. Ihe incorporation date is 14 nov 2009.
ONE OF THE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY MET AN ACCIDENT DURING TRAIL PRODUCTION AND THE COMPANY ALMOST CLOSED FROM THAT DAY DUE TO PROBLEM OF LAW AND ORDER , BUT THE COMPANY FILLED ITS RETURN WITH ROC AND INCOME TAX WITH NILL TRANSACTION UPT 2005.
AFTER THAT THE COMPANY HAS NOT FILLED ANY RETURN WITH ROC AND INCOME TAX, ON 30/09/2010 THE COMPANY FILLED FORM 17 FOR SETTLEMENT OF LOAN AND RELINQUISHMENT OF CHARGES AND THE SAME IS APPROVED.
NOW THE COMPANY IS WILLING TO STRUCK OFF ITS NAME US 560 OF COMPPANIS ACT , WITHOUT FILLING OF ANNUAL RETURN FROM 2005 TO 31.03.2010 , WHETHER THE COMPANY IS ELIGIBLE TO GET ITS NAME STRUCK OFF US 560 WITHOUT FILLING OF ANNUAL RETURN FROM 2005 TO 31.03.2010.
IN A PVT. LTD. COMPANY THERE WERE 5 DIRECTORS 20 YEARS AGO AND THE COMPANY HAS FILLED ANNUAL RETURN UP TO 1991 AFTER THAT COMAPNY HAS NOT FILLED ANY DOCUMENT WITH ROC .
NOW ONE OF THE DIRECTOR OUT OF 5 DIRECTOR WILLING TO APPOINT HER WIFE AS FRESH DIRECTOR W.E.F 1991 OTHER FOUR DIRECTORS ARE NOT TRACEABLE .
UNDER THE PREVELLING CIRCUMTANCES HOW THE FRESH DIRECTOR COULD BE APPOINTED W.E.F.1991 OR FROM TODAY.

Weather Put to Use Date is Relevant.
Or It is Only For Income Tax Purpose.
When an additional director is being regularized (appointed a fresh)in Annual General Meeting ('AGM')Form 32 is to be filed for his change in status or we have to file the form for his vacation first then for his appointment as he automatically vacates his office in the AGM.

can any one have a idea abt that
as we get some blank transfer deed along with the share certificate from a company ,,,to whom we have given financial assistance ,,,,,,,as the balnk transfer deed was in pledge in a bank and by paying the bank dues we get the shares and share certificates along with the blank transfer deed
now we wanted to transfer share in our company 's name as the blank transfer deed was made before 10 years
1.what should i do for getting the share in company name and transfer the share in company 's name
2.should i revalidate the tansfer deed if yes
then how and what is its procedure
and there is a any service also available on MCA site for transfer the share
will it should be used for the transfer
