What is the period within which the balance sheet and profit and loss account of the company should be finalized after its incorporation. Ihe incorporation date is 14 nov 2009.

The first and subsequent financial year for adoption of account are decide at the first board meeting of the company after incorporation of the company. I will suggest you to please check your first Board minutes.
