09 September 2010 who is required to notify the documents submitted for DIN applicatio by the applicants

09 September 2010 It is not clear from the query , whether the applicant has got the DIN or simply made an application for obtaining DIN?

On making of the application , he is not required to intimate to any body. Briefly the provisions of DIN is :

(i)Applicant i.e. proposed director has to make an application to CG in DIN-1.
(ii)The Director has to intimate his DIN to every co. in which he is a director within one month of receipt of DIN in form DIN-2.
(iii) Every company shall intimate to the Registrar in E-form DIN-3 within one week of receipt of DIN from the Director.
