10 September 2010 When an additional director is being regularized (appointed a fresh)in Annual General Meeting ('AGM')Form 32 is to be filed for his change in status or we have to file the form for his vacation first then for his appointment as he automatically vacates his office in the AGM.

10 September 2010 Simply file one form 32 for change in designation within 30 days of AGM.

No need to file any form for vacation.
