can any one have a idea abt that

as we get some blank transfer deed along with the share certificate from a company ,,,to whom we have given financial assistance ,,,,,,,as the balnk transfer deed was in pledge in a bank and by paying the bank dues we get the shares and share certificates along with the blank transfer deed

now we wanted to transfer share in our company 's name as the blank transfer deed was made before 10 years

1.what should i do for getting the share in company name and transfer the share in company 's name
2.should i revalidate the tansfer deed if yes
then how and what is its procedure

and there is a any service also available on MCA site for transfer the share
will it should be used for the transfer

We have filed petition to High Court for merger of the two Company. Now, we want to withdraw the petition. can we do so? If Yes, under which section.

DIN applicaion of a Foreign Director has been rejected on the ground that the name of the Father is not mentioned in the Proof Submitted.
I do not have proof which reflects the name of the father.
so what should be done.

Please reply i had filed Form 32 it was showing status as pending for approval Now the status shows as Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)and the message comes as Form Rejected.

What shoul i do, approach ROC or should i treat as rejected.
