I have a query that i have filed an application for DIN allotment but that is rejected and reason is DUPLICATE APPLICATION can i get the old DIN no.

After filling the share transfer form, what should we do to intimate the roc about the retirement of the Director or share transfer form? Whether to file form 32 for the appointment of the Transferee Director and what for the retirement of the directors

A private limited company has been incorporated on 25th March 2010. By what date is the first AGM to be held for Re-Appointment of Auditor Form23b and by what date is Form 23 AC, Form 23ACA and Form 20B to be filed for F.Y.2010-11? What is the penalty for late filing of these Forms?

Please let me if a company can maintain its Statutory registers in a place other than the place where its Regd office situated?

To be more specific, a co which has Regd office in Blore wants to keep Statutory registers in Mumbai
In Sec 163, There is a provision for keeping Statutory registers within local limits of City or town where Regd office is situated but it does not speak about the place outside such town or city.


Please help in this regard.

I work in a company which is a private limited company and consists of 7 directors now out of this 2 directors have formed a partnership firm. Can our private limited company give loan to the partnership firm. This loan amount will be utilized by the partnership firm to purchase land.

Kindly advise
1. Can the company provide such loan?
2. Which sections of the Companies Act, 1956 will be applicable?
3.Is there any section under which the company's directors are required to give disclosure?
4. Is resolution to be passed by BOD or EGM is required?

And if it is mandatory, and the company does not have an Internal Audit system themn what consequences will follow ?
