How to intimate to roc about change in directors

11 November 2011 After filling the share transfer form, what should we do to intimate the roc about the retirement of the Director or share transfer form? Whether to file form 32 for the appointment of the Transferee Director and what for the retirement of the directors

11 November 2011 A company can intimate changes among managing director, directors, manager and secretary of a company by filing Form 32 with ROC within 30 days from date of such change takes place.

11 November 2011 If in your case share transfer takes place then there is no need to file form 32 bcoz there is no change in directors.

If any director has resigned or appointed in the board than this would be considered as change in board and you have to file form 32 with 30 days of such change.
