A private limited company has been incorporated on 25th March 2010. By what date is the first AGM to be held for Re-Appointment of Auditor Form23b and by what date is Form 23 AC, Form 23ACA and Form 20B to be filed for F.Y.2010-11? What is the penalty for late filing of these Forms?

Dear Friend,
In reference to the Section 166 of the Companies Act we have to hold Companies first annual general meeting within a period of not more than eighteen months from the date of its incorporation
In reference to the Section 210 of the Companies Act
The profit and loss account shall relate—
in the case of the first annual general meeting of the company, to the period beginning with the incorporation of the company and ending with a day which shall not precede the day of the meeting by more than nine months.
So it should be the former of either two of the above provisions.
Please intimate if anything contradicts.
