Is there any site where i can find format of an Annual return.
Is filing of compliance certificate with form 66 necessary for a listed company having share capital less than 10 lakhs.

For the Annual Return you can go to Schedule V Part II of the Companies Act.

No for a company having paid up capital below Rs. 10 Lakhs filing of compliance certificate along with form 66 is not mandatory at all.
