13 August 2026 A CA/CS/CMA firm is permitted to post its profile on a public website as long as it operates on a pull basis (informational only) and contains purely factual details without self-laudatory claims, client lists, or active solicitation, complying with Clause (6) & (7) of Part I of the First Schedule.
