12 November 2011 The details of the additional fees for the late filing is as under(depeds upon the authorised share capital of the comopany):-

Period of Delay-Upto 30 days-PENALY IS 2 TIMES OF ORIGINAL FEES.

More than 30 days and upto 60 days- PENALTY IS 4 TIMES OF ORIGINAL FEES.

More than 60 days and upto 90 days- PENALTY IS 6 TIMES OF ORIGINAL FEES.

More than 90 days- PENALTY IS 9 TIMES OF ORIGINAL FEES.
