About me

Hello freinds

I am a Company Secretary in whole time practice. I am dealing with ROC, RD, CLB, Sales Tax, Service Tax, RBI and other related works. And apart from it, I am also teaching to the CS Students and providing lectures in the various motivational sessions like SIP etc for the students of the ICSI .

And I joined CA ClubIndia with a purpose that, this is a great platform to learn something and to share my knowledge. And as a person I believe that a professional should be all rounder, now book worms are not any more required.

    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I can handle Company Law related queries, and will also try to solve other law related questions as well. and i cant handle tax, accounting related problems.

    Dear Chandan, Status of a director can be changed when all the previous annual filing of all the companies in which he is a director is done. Please refer Section 274(1)(g)
