Please tell me steps to shift registered office from one ROC to another ROC alongwith format of resolutions and other formats.

Please reply soon as it is urgent.

09 October 2011 Form 21 is required to file with the ROC. In form 21 you need to attach copy of the order for the shifting of the registered office of the Company.
