I have applied for a name for a proposed company and the name got allotted.

1. Pls let me know whether it is possible to include a new director in MOA in addition to the directors listed in Form 1A.?

2. Should he be a subscriber to memorandum?

05 October 2011 I think at teh time of filing form you can add him as a dir.

No there is no need to for a proposed dir to be a subscriber of shares.

06 October 2011 First of all as far as your first question is concerned in that case Company can appoint a new director in addition to the directors stated in Form 1A, in that case you need to fill all the required details in Form 32 while incorporating a company, and also attach in the said Form 32 NOC from the rest of the directors.

Secondly, there is a difference in the subscriber and the director, a director who is not going to be a member of the company that person is not required to fill the subscriber's sheet.
