30 October 2011 1.what is the minimum salary for giving bonus? (latest amendment)
2.suppose if the salary was 7500 to which amount the bonus will be calculated (2500/- or 3500/-)

31 October 2011 As far as your first question is concerned the minimum salary for giving bonus is Rs. 10,000/-. Earlier it was Rs. 3,500/-.

Now I will come o your second question, as per section 12, if any person is earning Rs.7500/- then his bonus will be calculated on Rs.3500/-.
