18 October 2011 One of my client wanted to file all pending Annual returns filed for past 5-6 years. For making the company active we need to file Form-61.

I would require the DRAFT APPLICATION FORMAT TO BE MADE TO CONVERT THE DORMANT STATUS TO ACTIVE.

The company is willing to regularise and start business again.

Kindly provide me the Draft the Application to be made to ROC

19 October 2011 You need to file Form 61 in this regard. And for the same following is the format of the application, and this application should be on the letter head of the Company as well as should be signed by the director who is authorised to file form 61 in this regard:-

Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019

Sub: Application for Normalize the Status of the Company
Ref: ABC PRIVATE LIMITED

Dear Sir,

You are requested to please note that with reference to the above, Company intends to file the documents with the registrar of companies and failed to file the documents. We have surf through the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs on www.mca.gov.in and notice that the Status of the company is Dormant.

For filling the documents with the ROC you are requested to please normalize the status of the company (ACTIVE). So that company can file the documents with ROC.
