Yes, you can still file your return for FY 2024-25, but you will have to file an Updated Return (ITR-U) under Section 139(8A). The standard and belated deadlines (July 31, 2025, and Dec 31, 2025) have already expired.
Please note that an ITR-U can only be filed if there is an additional tax payable; it cannot be used merely to claim a refund of your Rs. 15,800 TDS. Given your commission income of Rs. 7,90,000, your tax liability will likely exceed the TDS deducted, making you eligible to file. Because you are filing within 12 months from the end of the Assessment Year, you will have to pay the remaining tax balance, applicable interest, a late filing fee of Rs. 5,000 (u/s 234F), and an additional tax penalty of 25% on the total outstanding tax and interest.
