Applicability of GST

Will there be any change in the indirect taxes. Applicability of GST from 01.04.10. Will there be any change in excise act and customs act?

Is there any chance of making GST applicable for May 2010.

only acs exemption, plz sugst book for audit n law

i already gave 3attmpts of pcc, got exemption in accounts only. plz suggest me good books for audit n law.

also plz suggest me ideas for memorizing theory, i think i m weak in it. bcoz i clear thoery subject, bt dnt get flourishing marks, plzzzz help n save me !!!

Issue on GST

If somone is having the detailed procdure of GST, which is to be proposed to be implemented from 01.04.2010, How it would be implemented, what would be the procedure, what other Taxes would be revoked and all other related issue on this subject, then please send me the same.

We are a manufacturing unit and we are using Consignment Sale pattern (Stock Transfer Against Form "F"). We are in conffustion about the future of Consignment Sale in GST. Plaease Suggest us in detaials.
We further want to know does the rate of GST will vary State to State & Central.

You are also requested to suggest us the best pattern of sale for us in GST.
