24 April 2017 Why GSTN Incorporated under section 25 of Companies Act, 1956?

24 April 2017 because it doesn't aim to make profits from its activities and is expected to only be reimbursed for expenditure incurred.

24 April 2017 sorry but my question is that, when there is companies Act, 2013 in existence then why GSTN Incorporated under section 25 of Companies Act 1956 rather than section 8 of Companies Act, 2013
