21 April 2017 I am registered under composite scheme of VAT(West Bengal) . I don't have any login I'd or password to login at wbcom web site how can I convert to scheme of GST or can have provisional registration

22 April 2017 As per the law every person registered under the existing act will receive provisional Id from department .Kindly contact the concerned department if you have not received the same.
