What is the procedure to buy shares of Private Limited Company by a Listed Public Limited Company so as to make Pvt. Ltd. its subsidiary?
What are the compliances of Bombay Stock Exchange in this regard.
Do we also have to intimate Registrar of Companies?

Defination of partner as per partnership act

Can n e 1 tell me which combination is correct as per supreme court judgemnet's for forming partnership firm

2) HUF+Firm(already registered)
3) Karta+Karta
4) Compani(pvt or Pub)+ Company (pvt or Pub)
5) Company(pvt or Pub)+ Firm (already registered)

computation of interest

is there any interest on delay deduction?
and if tds is not paid which is deducted in 2008-09 till now how will be the interest calculated(audit of 2008-09 is now going on)
