As per Companies Act and Accounting Standards, what are the restrictions on the use of Revaluation Reserve created out of revaluation of Investments.

Generally, such revaluation reserves are written off when value of the asset related to same reserve falls... Such reserves cannot be used for bonus issue, dividend issue, etc., as this reserve is non-cash reserve or rather merely a book entry....
