Validity of Stamp Paper

D/s, I would like to know the validity of Stamp Papaer . usually it is said that six months from the date of purchase. but a recent judgment of H.court says "there is no such a date of expirey mention in the Stamp paper Act" Pl clarify.

Unused stamp paper do not have any expiry period because section 54 of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 does not contain life / expiry period.

You are correct. A stamp paper has no validity period. it is valid and can be used whenever required.
The six months concept is: If the stamp paper is damanged or unused or if the person wants refund of the same, then he has to apply within six months from the date of the stamp paper.
