1.Whether the licensee can put a condition in the agreement for reimbursement for any improvement expenses of permanent nature from licensor?
2.Whether licensee can claim in the agreement the interest for late refund of security amount from licensor?

If both are agree than what is the problem. If not agree donot sign the agreement go to other door. Any how it is not a ilegal condition.
