suppose there are total 12 directors.
as per sec.255 not less than 2/3 should be rotational i.e 8
out of 8 1/3 shuould retire at agmi ie. 3 directors shuld retire.
what is the logic behind this provision. i mean to say that all these directors can again be reappointed.

Inference is to check the eligibilty conditions of director's once in an year and all put together in a period of three years.
