What is the procedure to buy shares of Private Limited Company by a Listed Public Limited Company so as to make Pvt. Ltd. its subsidiary?
What are the compliances of Bombay Stock Exchange in this regard.
Do we also have to intimate Registrar of Companies?
Also send me Board Resolution.

There are 2 methode to buy shares of other company:
1. Allotment of shares by a company in favour of other company.
2. Company interested in buying may purchase shares from other shareholders of the company through transfer of shares.
In case of allotment of fresh shares you have to file form 2 with ROC.
