I have been isued an IEC Code No. some 15 years back and i used it for two years only. At present I want to use the same. what is the procedure. I am informed that IEC is a one time procedure. Whether I have to make a fresh application. please provide the formalities in full

Formation of a partnership

Can a partnership be formed with two partners one of which is Limited Co and other partner , A Partnership firm.
If no under what provisios - is it law of contract of under partnerhip act ?
